The pressure is rising,
while the darkness is falling,
as your time is dwindling,
my power is growing,
you played your game,
that’s why I came,
you brought me here,
to help spread your fear,
you tried to rule me,
but you couldn’t see,
that I am the master,
and you are the slave,
so bow down before me,
for your master is now free!

I’m not sure Sunday morning, waking up, is the ideal time to read this poem, Matthew. It hasn’t wrecked my Sunday morning buzz but it has certainly thrown it out of whack. Hmmmm.

For me it’s the end of my day, dragged to the zoo for hours, driving around, realizing, we decided to have a child, but we are not the masters, not by a long shot 🤣

My heart leaps up when I behold
A rainbow in the sky:
So was it when my life began;
So is it now I am a man;
So be it when I shall grow old,
Or let me die!
The Child is father of the Man;
I could wish my days to be
Bound each to each by natural piety.
