“Wisdom isn’t just a word children, it is also a way of life. Allowing yourself to be open to wisdom, allows the fortunes of tomorrow to be built upon the journeys of yesterday, and only then, in those moments can you fully appreciate the true aspects of wisdom and it’s touch,” Gunya says as he looks carefully into the eyes of each of his students before he bring his gaze back to the withering plant that lies on the ground.
A frown draws itself across his lips as his eyes well up with emotions. “This is a clandestine moment, for words and faith have never meant more than they do now. This plant, this beautiful golden plant is dying because of the failures of yesterday, and in those futile failures come life lessons. Lessons that will show you what errors have been made, and how today can still save yesterday and tomorrow, how we can rise up and accomplish wonders while fighting diseases that have become burrowed in all that we are,” he says with energetic wonder as he looks up towards the crowd of eyes that stare at him still.
“So tell me, what has happened, what stifling desertion have we placed upon our withered plant,” he says as he slaps his hands together. A flurry box hands shoot into the air and he smiles softly. “Peter,” he says as he points a bony finger at one of the only students without their hand up.
Fergus looks around awkwardly before casting a nervous towards Gunya, he wets his quickly drying lips before blinking erratically as his vision focuses in and out.
“Are you with us Mister Wilson?”
Peter blinks several more times without answer, then opens his mouth and vomits a thick stream of congealed mucus over the edge of his desk and to the floor before him. He sits there dumbfounded, as does the rest of the room.
“Once again we have before us causality at its best. Just like our little friend here the plant that was not cared for, the plant that was not watered, Mister Wilson has gotten himself intertwined into a mess that even he cannot dig himself out of, for foul play has already found it’s way too him, but to understand you must first be made aware. Mister Wilson, do you wish to divulge any impertinent information to the class so we can assist in identifying and if given the right circumstances, reverse the adverse effects created by the toxic cocktail you have ingested due to your extracurricular activities?” Gunya asks with a wicked grin sewn across his lips.
Peter looks around the room once again, as his stomach swims in a sea of aggressive pulsations. He looks weary eyed at Gunya again as his mouth twitches and his brow furrows. “I-I-I-I…” he grips his stomach and tries to stop the explosion as it bursts up from his stomach and leaps from his mouth, once again spraying his desk and the floor before him. When Peter looks up, he stares into Gunya’s menacing grin as he places a pair of protective glasses on and strides commandingly over to him.
He looks down at the bile and his grin broadens, then looks back up into Peter’s eyes. “Do you see the blood in your vomit? Can you feel the acid eat away at your insides?” he hisses as his eyes widen with terror. “Maybe next time you’ll check whose wife your cock fucks!”
