That was sort of the point of the novel “Life of Pi”.
A lot of people say the same thing of religions, people living in a world that just doesn’t seem possible. Since we could communicate between each other with words, with stories, it had been the point of all things fiction, to live in the world created. Some sadly, get lost in the fabricated world of their minds.
I love the back bone of this
