“W-W-Why?”
“Why what?”
“J-Just why everything. Why do all this, when you knew I wasn’t interested in you. I mean, I never led you on, I never gave you the wrong signals, and I’m pretty sure I made myself clear last time you asked I wasn’t interested. But still, you do this, expecting, I don’t know what, when nothing’s going to change, face it Megs, you’re just not my type,” he says, shifting in his seat uncomfortably.
“You’re wrong, and I know it, because, we’re meant to be together, you and me, didn’t you feel it like did, when we first met? I know you did, it was like heaven on a stick,” Megs says, smiling nervously.
“Honestly, I don’t know what your talking about Megs, we’ve never had anything between us, no sparks, no moments, no nothing, you’re delusional, a-and, and you need to let me go, I promise, you do that, and I won’t tell anyone what you did today,” he says.
She looks up at him, frowning, “You’re lying, I know you are,” she says as tears well up in her eyes. “I’ll prove you love me, I’ll make you admit it, and once you do, we’ll be together forever.”
“M-Megs please, you need help, serious fucking prescription help, I know some pe…” his words stop short as she raises a knife, and her frown is replaced with a demented smile. “M-M-Megs, w-what are you doing with t-t-that?”
“I’m going to show you how much you love me,” she says grabbing hold of his tightly bound hand, and lightly presses the knifes blade against one of his fingers.
“P-P-PLEASE MEG, S-S-STOP!”
“Do you love me?” She asks, he looks at her, his eyes wide with fear.
“N-N-NO, M-M-ME….” But his words are cut off as she pushes the knife down, slicing through flesh and bone, he screams out in agony.
“Again,” she says, placing the knifes blade above another finger. “Do you love me?”
