    Day 215 – Olivia – Short Story

I met her by accident, well, okay, that’s not entirely true. I did mean to met her, but I didn’t go THERE to meet her, it happened. I guess you want some understanding, sure, I can see how that makes sense, so, let me start at the beginning, or, better yet, let’s start it from a hours ago, at Lenny Sanders fiftieth.

Originally I went there knowing full well my ex-wife and her new boy toy, Sammy the mother fucking porn star, would be there. I guess you can tell, we didn’t part on good terms, but, he is a porn star, that part I’m not joking about. You see, she wanted more out of life, and I was sick and tired of working my body to the bone and not getting any thing from it, so, we parted ways, I quit my job, and she started fucking ‘long dong’ Sammy, as he earned his money on his back, he had lots of energy for her, and she didn’t seem to mind that he shagged whatever he had to for a living…

    Day 195 – Negative/Positive – Where It Ends

It was hell waiting for the results, I knew everything would be okay, well, I hoped it would, one slip up is nothing right?

When the doctor came into the room, the look on his face made my bladder lose control of itself for a few moments. He ran a sweaty hand through what little hair was on his head, and said, we need to take you in for more tests.

I asked the questions, the ones any of us would, but he couldn’t give me an answer. I said when, he handed me a container and said now, it was important to get on top of it all before it’s too late.

TOO LATE? WHAT THE FUCK DOES THAN MEAN!..

    Day 178 – No – 50 Word Story Expanded

“Three years, three fucking years and not a fucking word, nothing. And now, you come here, to my home, and expect me to give you money. Well, I won’t do it Conrad, I just won’t!”

“You completely miss-understand where I’m coming from Mortimer. I’m not giving you a choice in matter, this is not a negotiation. It’s simple, either you pay the money, or we have problems, and by that, I mean you.”

“Threats will do little against me, how dare you think so…..”

“Fuck you, the money, before this becomes more than just a conversation,” he says, with a wry smile.

Leaping to his feet and thrusting a pointed finger towards the door, he yells, “Get out and never set foot before me again!..

  • Faded Flesh

    Faded Flesh

    Time is reset,

    as we’re made to relive,

    the story again,

    over and over,

    each moment,

    each choice,

    remade,

    replayed,

    obstacles changed,

    trusts betrayed,

    the beast makes its move,

    and plays its hand,

    but so do we,

    death,

    is fluid,

    as is life,

    for our sins,

    we will fight,

    in faded flesh,

    to get,

    into,

    the light.

Have you read the first seven parts of The Roundhead? I know they’re a bit longer than most of the things on my blog, but I promise, they’re worth it.

You can find part 1 HERE, part 2 HERE, part 3 HERE, part 4 HERE, part 5 HERE, part 6 HERE, and part 7 HERE. So, make sure you get in quick, as the final chapter is almost upon us..

  • Final Thoughts

    Final Thoughts

I can’t remember where it all started,

I just know one day I had an idea,

    a story of darkness,

    of blood,

    it had a name,

    The Roundhead it was called,

I carried it like an expecting mother,

and then I birthed it into this world,

    little did I know,

    that this simple little story,

    would take, my fucking  soul.

    Death Board

    Names erased,

    their blood spilt,

their sins now with the beast,

    the fight seems lost,

    it thinks it’s won,

and now its drawing down to the final hour,

our fate in the hands of fiction,

in the hands of the unknown,

    can my words save us,

    or will they be unwritten?

    can the past break through,

or is the present too far gone?

    do I dare to believe,

    do I dare to hope,

    that somehow,

    that someway,

    the beast will fall…

  • Sideways

    Sideways

    It flowed,

    from my throat,

from where it tore me open,

I saw the puddle form before me,

    as I slowly slipped away,

    and then,

    it was cold,

    it was dark,

    in the monsters den,

    where it dragged my sin,

    my soul,

    but soon,

    more came,

    to rot with me,

    down here,

    and that’s when I realised,

    that nothing was over,

not until the beast had won,

    it could still be,

    it could still be undone.

  • Me

    Me

At first the pain was nothing,

and then it started to grow,

    slowly overtaking,

    everything I was,

    everything I’d been,

    this thing,

    whatever it was,

    was something more,

    something not me,

    and it grew,

    into more,

until it was all that I was,

    this thing,

    this shadow,

    of someone,

    I used to be,

    someone,

    who,

    you’ll never see,

    for,

    you’ll never really see me.

    Broken

Did you know this was coming,

    did you see it?

Or was you always a part of it?

    are you like the words,

just pieced together to distract me,

to keep my mind somewhere else,

    when really,

    you were it’s tool,

    you were it’s weapon,

    thrust towards me,

    flesh instead of steel,

did you know you broke me,

    when you left me,

    and it grew,

    until the day,

when I found out the truth,

    when I found you.

  • Crossing Over

    Crossing Over

    The light wasn’t there,

    like I expected it be,

    even though I didn’t believe,

    in anything above,

I still wanted it to be there,

it funny how movies do that to us,

make us expect the tunnel of light,

but for all that was missing,

it was there waiting for me,

even though it tore out my sin,

and sent me to this place,

    it was waiting,

    yet, somehow it was different,

    but, the same,

    and I knew,

    then,

    from that moment,

from the look in it’s dead eyes,

    that our game,

    was far from over.

  • My Sin And Me

    My Sin And Me

    Within,

    is my sin,

    since my creation,

    it’s been mine,

    growing,

    as do I,

    my sin and me,

    twisting together,

    as one,

    eternally,

    and now it comes,

    wanting you,

and there’s nothing I can do,

    but feel the pain,

    as you’re ripped away,

    my sin and me,

    we were joined,

    eternally,

    until the beast came.

  • Pain Shared

    Pain Shared

    Pain spread across the globe,

    from one to the next,

it rides it’s wave of destruction,

    we encourage it,

    we allow it,

    we breed it,

    all of us,

    sharing it’s words,

    passing them on,

    allowing it in,

    condemning our fate,

    one we could avoid,

if we just refused to be,

    what society,

    has allowed us to become,

    a world so small,

    but so big,

    and now,

    it comes,

and there’s nothing we can do,

but let the game play out,

    and hope,

    our cards can win.

  • Moment’s

    Moment’s

    Silence is all that is,

    maybe,

    always was,

    I try to think back,

    before it all started,

    before I,

before I first heard it’s voice,

    my blood ran cold,

    my ears bleed,

and I slowly began to die that day,

    but it was all hidden,

    all a mask,

    you see,

    it’s words were soft,

    it’s words were sweet,

    in the beginning,

but once I knew my fate,

    it turned on me,

and showed me it’s real face,

    one,

    that will never been unseen.

  • ZERO

    ZERO

    Alone,

    darkness,

    I taste it still,

    what once was,

when it ripped my sin from me,

    when it,

    when it won,

    did it?

    I can’t remember,

    I know I had a plan,

    I think,

    I’m not sure it worked,

    it played me,

    it twisted what I created,

    into what it wanted,

    what it needed,

    but,

    there was still hope,

there was still the flash drive,

    maybe,

    it wasn’t over yet,

    maybe,

    I could stop it.

    You better stay in bed,

    you better rest your head,

    for on the darkest night,

    when there’s no moonlight,

    it’ll come for you,

    and your family too,

    through the whispered words,

    of those who read before,

    so close your eyes,

and pray that no one dies,

    because you’ll all be dead,

    if you meet,

    The Roundhead.

    Deep below,

    in the darkness,

where your sins try to hide,

    is where I am,

    like a disease,

    a dark shadow,

    devouring all that I find,

    ripping and tearing,

    my way through this world,

    making it my own,

    removing his mistakes,

    one by one,

    until there is only me,

    until there is only,

    The Roundhead,

    and then,

    he will see,

what it truly means to feel pain.

    Slowly,

    as the veil lifts,

    and you see me now,

    for what I am,

    the beast,

    the demon,

the bastard son of this world,

I ask you not to be scared,

    for you should rejoice,

    for when I take you,

    you and your sin,

    it’ll be forever,

    it’ll be to the end,

    I’ll never leave you,

    and you’ll never leave me,

so close your eyes my child,

for it’s time t.. What, are you crying?

    can it be true,

after all the words I’ve said,

    you still fear me?

    Blood drips,

    flows,

from the rips in my skin,

    I know you see them,

I know you can taste it,

    the thickness,

    the warmth,

    it empties,

    but yet,

    my heart still beats,

like a straw in an empty cup,

sucking up the last few drops,

    and then,

    no more,

    silence,

    but for me,

    it’s not the end,

    it’s only,

    of the end,

    for my story still,

has one last chapter to be written.

    A lie,

    it’s how it started,

    it grew,

    it became something new,

    it twisted,

    it turned,

    it devoured me whole,

    I called,

    and I cried,

    I prayed for release,

    but it never came,

    so I fought,

    I drew blood,

    mine,

    not its,

    I begged,

    and I pleaded,

    It never heard my words,

    it never cared,

    it never saw,

    and in that,

    I had my chance.
