I Question My Sedation – Twisted Prose

wash my floorboards,

cleanse the sea,

imply an illusion,

frolicking free,

a moments grace is given,

misogynistic fertility,

awoken in the early hours,

awoken by me,

my self sedated,

my misery,

happenstance,

confined to a confidence that slips from depths not known,

a subtle whiff of corrosion,

corrupting focuses not met,

petri dishes overflowing,

man’s demise a given…
