Did You Really Think I’d Say What Was True?

I saw it before it happened,

I felt the blood hit my face before it sprang from your neck,

the look in your eyes was of no surprise,

I saw it there and I could not care,

putrid and depressing,

was the foulness of you,

constantly threatening to destroy my sanity,

interrupting my joy,

sodomizing my whimsical misgivings,

turning me slowly into you,

which is why you had to die.
