50 Word Story – A Deal Is A Deal

“You can’t mean it? Surely you’re just overreacting!” Conner says as he pulls the phone from his ear and stares at the display with bewilderment, before slamming it back.

”I just need another day, ca….” He stops mid-sentence, and his mouth drops open, as a tear runs down his cheek.

    Matthew, I’ve been distracted from blogging recently, apart from posting an odd poem or two. Now I’m finding reasons to be cheerful and Dismember November is one of them
