Sea Side Shifted – Unhinged Poem

Wings degraded by the sun,

as a world ruled by monsters becomes,

I cried for the mothers,

who suffered over the death of their fathers,

those tears dried up as limbs we cauterised,

then fed to the homeless,

starvation of another’s touch,

unbecoming the simplest of playthings,

while the north star shines,

another mother gives birth to their bastard son…
