Sequences out of sync,

after before I think,

a window with no glass,

places somewhere nowhere last,

wisdom not given or earned,

powerful moments,

sunsets lost in the darkness of the blind,

a feeling of warmth without touch,

perplexing questions asked without design,

hooded figures standing in a row,

my sins forgiven,

my hate purpose free,

pomp and circumstance,

the child can go in for free,

but not me….
