When The Sky Opened Up And Swallowed Me Whole

I said softly,

words never meant,

but words wanted,

I corrupted myself,

for something I never wanted,

I gave,

when giving was not needed,

you there,

you judge,

you plot,

you cannibalize the meaning,

regurgitate it into something else,

you paint me into the villain,

when all I ever was,

was a lost soul,

looking for comfort from the cold.      

In an attempt to encourage reviews for the first book, we’re having some fun, twisted fun in fact. The advertising campaign we’re currently running is one of bad reviews, and we want as many of them as possible, which really shouldn’t be that hard, right?
