We preserved the sentence,

losing our mind,

while severing our innocence,

a goodbye like no other,

blood buckets,

synthetic solutions,

a moment of weakness,

an appreciation of the miracle,

you wanted to,

while they didn’t care,

I silenced my voice,

while you cut my flesh,

we called the wisdom,

it was a dying stem cell,

a decaying regurgitated substance,

that used to be mine…
