My Hand It Did Swallow – Unhinged Poem

A pocket of wisdom brought down from the heavens, a loneliness that cannot be swallowed, my sin my reflection, my bitterness my pill, a story of decaying desperation, a suffocating hand holdings every breath in, my cries misunderstood, my pleas disconnected, forgiveness not given but always wanted.
