What Is It I Wanted From Me – Unhinged Poem

Stability given through rhythm,

the dancing dwarfs,

the spinning women,

a sea of fish swimming without purpose,

I asked,

but never received,

spectacular colours,

polystyrene coated dreams,

choking me,

my hands,

my pain,

let me in,

or let me be free.
