Worthy Whispers – Unhinged Poem

Intentions bathed in the light of a horrific journey,

Lost a moment,

Succumbed to a flippant fledgling,

I gave a second,

Dedicated my soul,

Words can’t be taken back,

Movements forgotten but not,

Pictures said more than my mind remembered,

A silent soul,

A blackened heart,

My shadow lost,

My kingdom decaying in the hole created by the missteps of a flesh man…
